Springtime Farms Alpacas

The blowing wind is disturbing peaceful farm living at the moment. That’s not unusual in the Wet Mountain Valley, although this spring has been consistently windy.

 This is the Sangre de Cristo mountain range in the Wet Mountain Valley. It’s also the view from my place.

 I get city living. The pace, the people, the things to do. Sometimes I even miss it. But I also get the country life. Aside from the wind, this world is peaceful, slow….it’s calm.

Any of you city folks want a country life? Why? Why not? What do you love about the city, and can’t see ever giving up?
